Cheonshim Won carries the meaning that when you devote your heart with all your sincerity, centered on love, your wishes will be fulfilled.
True Mother has now given us the name Cheonshim Won. At this time, Heaven’s heart must enter our own hearts, so that we experience Cheonshimil manseungil (天心一萬勝一), meaning “when we become one through Heaven’s heart, we all triumph.” And when we live centered on that heart of Heaven, we become sons and daughters who embody hyojeong, bringing about Hyojeongil manseungil (孝情一萬勝一), “when we become one through Hyojeong, we all triumph.”
Just as Heavenly Parent is absolute, unique, unchanging, and eternal, the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind are likewise absolute, unique, unchanging, and eternal. There will be no second or third generation of True Parents. Even after True Mother goes to the heavenly world, she is preparing people who can resonate deeply with her heart, so that she can continue to guide the world on earth forever. I believe that this is the very purpose of Cheonshim Won.
As a result, I believe that even after True Mother goes to the heavenly world, she will transcend the limitations of time and space as an eternal citizen of the heavenly world and continue the remarkable work of fulfilling the providential vision on earth by guiding both the kingdom of heaven on earth and the kingdom of heaven in the heavenly world. Therefore, in order to fulfill everything that True Mother has told us about the role and mission of Cheonshim Won, I will devote myself wholeheartedly to educating others and to becoming a person who can truly discern the hearts of Heavenly Parent and the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind. I will continue to offer my utmost jeongseong to achieve this.
Therefore, I will dedicate myself to becoming a channel through which the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind—absolute, unique, unchanging, and eternal, just as Heavenly Parent is—can continue to exercise their sovereignty on earth for eternity.
Now that the Cheonshim Won providence has begun, I feel more deeply than ever that we must truly believe in the spirit world and live our lives accordingly. We must become true sons and daughters. To do so, we must embody the meaning of True Parents’ calligraphic inscription, Cheongshimil manseungil—“When we become one with pure hearts, we can all triumph.”
When evil spirits influence us, our hearts become restless and unstable. Therefore, we must clear away every such influence and realize Cheongshimil manseungil. On that foundation, I believe that by going to Jeongshim Won with heartfelt devotion and praying earnestly, we have come to understand the heart of Heavenly Parent. I believe we have come to know the heart of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind—to understand their very heart.
So now that True Mother has given us the name Cheonshim Won, I believe this is the time when it is not enough simply to have a pure heart. We must allow the heart of Heaven to enter our hearts, bringing about Cheonshimil manseungil. And when we live with Heaven’s heart at the center of our lives, we will become sons and daughters who embody hyojeong. Then, I believe, Hyojeongil manseungil will be realized.
Such people would truly carry the heart of Heavenly Parent and True Parents. Walking in the shoes of a servant, they could not help but shed their sweat for the sake of the earth, their tears for the sake of humanity, and their blood for the sake of Heaven.
There are precious people in the heavenly world who lived lives of sacrifice on earth in attendance of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind. How could we ever stand before those brothers and sisters as we face eternal judgment if we have spent our lives on earth pursuing wealth, honor, and worldly pleasures and living for ourselves like people of the world?
That is why True Mother continually urges us, “You must live with a pure heart. You must live a life of purity. Your life must be spotless and pure white. If there are blemishes from your past, devote yourself wholeheartedly to heavenly tribal messiah activities—even to the point of staking your life on them—to make up for those blemishes. I know that our leaders have blemishes. I know that some of those blemishes are unforgivable. Yet I have given you an opportunity. Carry out your heavenly tribal messiah activities.” When I hear True Mother speak to us in this way, I believe it is because she truly loves us.
She is doing all of this so that we can truly live in the kingdom of heaven on earth and reach the position in the eternal kingdom of heaven in the heavenly world where the angels prepared from the beginning can receive us as we were originally meant to be received. That is why she continually urges us, saying, “Your life on earth determines your life in the spirit world. You must live wholeheartedly. Do not live your life without leaving behind either a name or a light. Live with dedication so that you leave behind both a name and a light.” I will offer jeongseong so that I can more fully bring these words of True Parents to fulfillment, and I will strive with all that I have to fulfill my responsibility as President of Cheonshim Won.
